As a Jew, I find it bizarre that people are forcing a 'Palestine' narrative onto the Bondi Beach shooting. The shooter openly claimed inspiration from ISIS; an organization that actually despises Palestinian nationalism in favor of their own global caliphate.
Yeah, making it illegal to protest a genocide is going to help 🙄

What a world to go to bed thinking about one mass shooting and wake up to news of another, a targeted hate crime, at a Hanukkah celebration in Sydney. And also in the video where an actual hero, Ahmed al Ahmed chooses not to kill one of the terrorists.

"A.i." is a tool of racists and fascists and liars. Do not use it and do not spread it. Abolish "A.i." from every space and org you have authority over - at the very least from your own computers and social media feeds.
This is fucking grim. Somebody invented a white guy, an "IT professional" named Edward Crabtree, who stopped the Bondi shooting and spread it all over the internet, which was picked up by AI agents and slop aggregation sites.

The real hero is a fruit stand owner named Ahmed el Ahmed.

I can't remember feeling anything after shingles vax except for sore arm & a bit tired and I'm SO relieved I won't get it - friends who've had shingles have been shocked and really laid low from the pain of it, especially when it was around an eye.
All over my FB people talking about their bad experiences with shingles vax and dissuading each other from getting it! We need to give people real info on how to mitigate the symtoms caused by vaccines because vaccines are always better than meeting a virus unprepared. Yet drs aren't coaching ppl

All those thinking the private sector would find a way to solve climate change, when of course all it was ever going to do was find ways to produce even more emissions and f*ck the environment royally.

Because well... that's all it ever has done.

Why has the State Library given over building space & marketing messages to 'entrepreneurs' using it to lobby for their own for-profit private business funding, from inside our premier public Library? What on earth does this have to do with the core functions of a State Library now in crisis?

Cybersecurity experts alarmed by Snapchat's age-verification plan
As the social media ban for kids under 16 approaches, popular messaging app Snapchat says young people will be able to verify their age by sending a selfie or their ID to a third-party platform, but s...
