Hired a BMW 1 Series for the week in Portugal. It’s the worst car I’ve ever driven. Bings and bongs at everything, accelerates when it feels like it, judders at low revs, the list goes on…

Want to know why the prisons system seems to be suddenly falling apart?

Well, it's not sudden. It's just suddenly being REPORTED. This rot was a deliberate policy choice, and I kept the receipts. Because I'm not the BBC.

The stock market is so incredibly inflated it’s insane. I’m up nearly 30% this year and I’m a very passive investor… the bubble has to burst.

If there was ever a time it became clear it’s important to move off “big-tech” for your hosting, services etc. it was yesterday. Especially any government or public organisation. The fact the AWS outage caused NHS services to go down is unacceptable on many levels.

We’re definitely before The Great Filter, and not after it. Sobering thoughts…
Global average temperature is expected to rise to almost 2C above preindustrial in the next five years, according to the WMO, with falls in crop yields and more than a third of the world’s population being exposed to extreme heat.

People, I'm sorry but we have to deal with this. Later is too late.

Well, these mandated two pit stops has made the Monaco Grand Prix a total farce.

Unless the cars get significantly smaller, this race needs to go.
