The Dutch offshore wind programme is in trouble. While 4.5 GW is in operation and another 1.5 GW under construction, the plan was to rapidly build out capacity to 21 GW by 2032. That is now out of reach.

Air Liquide has taken final investment decision on its 200MW green hydrogen project at the Port of Rotterdam, after securing subsidies from the Dutch government.
23,000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year, using electricity from offshore wind. To be operational in 2027.

He showed how to deal with particle mixing & precursor injection. #ALDep at 1bar, not using the high-purity semicon precursors, is a cost-efficient and scalable solution for coating.
