That's why I changed the MICR number on the bank account the Treasury Dept had.

If they can claw back funds from corp's and orgs with direct deposit, they can do it with individuals.

McGovern: House rules require a super majority vote for any bill that increases income taxes. Guess what? Republicans are turning that rule off. Why did they have to do that? Because they know this bill will increase taxes on those families struggling the most to put food on the table.
