I still have too many Space Dogs prints and would like to rehome many of them so they are now $10 cheaper but with the same amount of dogs.
I would like to sell some Soviet Space Dog screen prints and here they are. Commemorate some good dogs.

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon

Today is a day when arts degrees are worthless, but the product of those degrees is so valuable it would kill an entire industry if they were made to pay for it.

My personal timeline is full of autistic people trying to explain that there isn't more autism than before, it's just that we're better at detecting it, and there's nothing more autistic than hoping explaining something at length will help matters when nobody is really listening.

Buck Woods tells German-speaking Nazis what he thinks of them while performing in France. Somehow feels relevant these days.

From REUNION IN FRANCE, starring Joan Crawford and John Wayne, released on Christmas, 1942.

The most pathetic part about "A.I." is that the people using it don't even own their perceived slave, they're renting it

It is morally wrong to want a computer to be sentient. If you owned a sentient thing, you would be a slaver. If you want sentient computers to exist, you just want to create a new kind of slavery. The ethics are as simple as that. Sorry if this offends

Bernie was always really good at this—pounding his messaging in speeches, and then pivoting to talking about strategy when appropriate. AOC has gotten a lot of mileage out of forthright strategy talk, particularly on social media.

"Here is our message" and "here is our strategy" are not the same thing, and when you try to contort the latter into the former—"here is our message about what our strategy is"—you wind up insulting anyone who is even halfway paying attention.

And this connects up to something I've been thinking about Jeffries' comments last weekend. If there's anywhere on the planet where you're NOT going to find a persuadable swing voter, it's watching the Sunday morning politics talk shows. That's a place where you talk to your people and the media.
Writing teacher advice for Democratic strategists: Your audience is NEVER everyone, and acting as though it is will lead to generalities that appeal on average but not in specific. You find your audience through specificities. Relying heavily on polls and consultants leads to tepid messaging.

And part of the reason it's so hard to grasp is that so many of the prominent people who have figured it out aren't willing to say it out loud in public.
i think it is hard for some people to really their heads around the reality that kennedy is staunchly anti-vaccine and thinks that people should suffer through disease and that those who die deserved it and that those who survive are a better order of human being
