call me crazy but i think inviting someone under federal indictment to an interview, peppering them with questions about the indictment that you know they can’t answer until you cause them to leave, then calling it a “Katie Porter moment” is not good journalism

Someone should let her know that she is currently the chair of the (normally) powerful Senate Appropriations Committee and do a lot more than weakly protest this shit.

One of the reasons the Jack Smith investigations seemed to take forever is because Biden's DoJ *did* have their hands around the evidence before they indicted. And they'd have convicted, too, if it weren't for those pesky SCOTUS fellas. 1/
