The proposal outlines a tightly controlled housing zone for Palestinians inside an area under full Israeli military control. Residents would be required to pass through an Israeli-controlled checkpoint to access the area. “Residents will be able to enter and exit the neighborhood freely, subject to security checks to prevent the introduction of weapons and hostile elements,” the presentation states.

“All entering residents will be registered with biometric documentation to enable identification for movement and civil services.”

The registry would be based on Palestinian ID numbers issued “in coordination with COGAT,” the Israeli military body that administers Palestinian civilian affairs in Gaza and the West Bank, further expanding Israeli surveillance and population control over Palestinians housed in the zone.

When contacted by Drop Site News, CENTCOM referred questions to the White House, which then directed inquiries to the State Department. No agency provided comment.

ICE is allegedly hunting for Hmong people in Minneapolis and as I watched video of the incident lo and behold @whstancil.bsky.social was on the scene

ICE agents stop a car at the light by Tao Foods and Midwest One bank. Across the street from Uptown Natural Care Center. A witness said the agent asked the driver “where the Hmongs at”. Agents left after about 5 minutes. The driver was not detained and drove away after the agents left.
