Also big tech companies aren't building for people at all. They're building for advertisers. They're building for investors. They're trying to get government contracts. Facebook's business is "what would you pay to get billions of people to do what you want them to do?"
He can’t building anything compelling because he has no idea what life is like for ordinary everyday people. To have an insight is to have a life that delivers that insight.
All they have to sell at this point is surveillance and magical thinking.

In disc phyllotaxis, like Fibonacci256, lighting every N LEDs from the center produces a pattern. If N is from the Fibonacci sequence a spiral (or mesh of spirals) is produced because the divergence (angle of succession in a single spiral arrangement) approaches the golden ratio.

now would be a good time to invest in a new GPU: web frontend designers/developers will soon learn about physically based rendering, global illumination and ray-tracing!
SVG filters provide a basic lighting system you can sync with a little JavaScript and use in your web apps 💡

Read two books by Dorian Lynskey this year and really dug both of them. So personably written you don't mind being absolutely buried in context. Kinda what I aspire for my video essays to be.

I don't know why George RR Martin takes so long to write his books, but I'll give you an example of why *I* am so slow.

Lemme tell you how I just finished an entire day of work by wanting to bang my head against the desk.
