What Brian Kilmeade did was criminal. The Manhattan DA should seriously seek an indictment against Kilmeade for criminal solicitation in the 1st degree, with hate crime enhancement, aggravated harassment, making a terrorist threat, and attempting to coerce a population to go after homeless people.
