Mexico out negotiated Trump. Mex gets to do a troop rotation or add additional troops to the already existing 10 to 20 thousand troops at the border. Trump caved and lifted the tariffs and is doing a victory lap for accomplishing.... *checks notes* securing Mexican defences against the US.
