Wow, that was a coincidence that the BBC was on a French beach when the gendarmes slashed the boats as the UK government expressed approval.
Still, providing safe routes doesn't play well with the fascists I guess.

We can allow history to repeat itself, and powerful interests to shape our streets in one way.
Or we can remember that cities are places where walking, cycling and public transport should be prioritised.

Global Cycling Network (GCN) are making increasingly helpful and important videos. The sort of thing I would have expected from the BBC, now produced by a small group of passionate cyclists. Inspiring stuff. But also in this video, really quite depressing!
