This "Rugrats" episode, "Touchdown Tommy" aired in 1992. It is explicitly shown that Stu Pickles is a Houston Oilers fan. Therefore, it stands to reason that it is officially "Rugrats" canon that one year later, Stu Pickles watched "The Comeback" and was emotionally devastated by the BUFFALO BILLS!
