Also, tired of freezer jenga? Freeze anything liquidish flat on a baking sheet, then you can file it. Pasta sauce, soups, chili, etc. This is ~10L of pasta sauce.

Just changed the name of my DBA from "Patrick Makes Games LLC" to "Patrick Makes Games Studios".
That's a fun new gate to keep.

If this website design company was actually interested in hiring people — instead of exploiting applicants to manipulate their search rankings — they could have hired someone competent enough to put a character limit on form fields to prevent someone from sending them the entirety of "My Immortal"

My regular storm chasing partner won’t join me on chases in Texas and Oklahoma because it is unsafe for her to poop in the correct bathroom. Meanwhile, Megyn Kelly still has custody of her 15-year-old daughter for some fucking reason.
It cannot be remembered enough that these were the same people who got worked up about drag brunches

This is valid, but employers routinely spread “nobody wants to work” and dishonest applicant narratives while failing to recognize they created the systems that incentivize dishonest applicants by screening out qualified candidates with keyword-matching, job-gap disqualification and ghost jobs. 1/3

Posting ghost jobs should be illegal. If companies do this to harvest consumer data or create the appearance that they are “always hiring” to appease investors, how is this just not fraud? Is there a meaningful legislative remedy for this?
