How much you wanna bet that soon we’ll find out it’ll cost $100 billion or some such amount to fix everything he broke?
Elon Musk said he’d cut the federal budget by $2 trillion

Quickly lowered this to $1 trillion

Now he’s down to $150 billion

And even THAT appears to be an overestimate of $92 billion

So-after firing thousands of workers and destroying government services

This clown will cut $58 billion

Maybe

About 4,500 women’s lives were saved across five South African cities between 2001 and 2005. This can be ascribed to effective gun control, writes the author.

How gun control can save women’s lives
Poor enforcement of gun control measures and increasing firearm ownership correlate directly with more women dying

2. I embarrassed my whole country.
3. I sold out one of America's closest allies.
4. I made my buddy, Mr. Putin, very happy.
5. I called Mr. Putin to let him know - "Mission Accomplished."

I don’t know what else we’re supposed to call it, but the system that they’re describing is one of unfettered rule by the White House:
"The core argument emerging in their legal filings and executive orders — one without support anywhere in the Constitution or the law — is that simply by being elected, Trump has the power to do whatever he wants."
Trump and his lawyers embrace the logic of dictatorship
And they're not even trying to hide it at this point.

I’d call their legal arguments “laughable”… but the Supreme Court granted Trump absolutely immunity from prosecution for “official” acts so clearly some of them also think being elected makes you a dictator

This is what revisionist history looks like, in real time. And this also is why it might appear that archaeologists and historians have to dig deep to discover the existence of powerful women and marginalized groups -- because their legacies are so often erased.
