There's a Hill bubble narrative, posing as savvy realism, in treating impeachment as some radioactive poison and so Democrats must squash any talk of it. But there's zero evidence for that. No polls back it up, nor recent history. It's all just pundit-brained conventional wisdom eating its own tail.

Especially out here in the sticks. These poor drivers struggle with mile-long driveways, and I am always afraid one of the notsee neighbors is going to skip ahead to defending their ground without realizing it's the Amazon driver.
This is obviously total thuggery, but, in my limited capacity as a short-lived former letter carrier for USPS: it is also a completely empty bluff. Fucking good luck to Amazon doing last mile delivery to every address in the US.
Exclusive: Amazon has long been USPS’s top customer, providing over $6 billion in annual revenue in 2025.

But Amazon may give up its long-standing partnership with USPS to deliver packages itself, which could spell disaster for the mail agency.

Our community isn't on this list, likely because the farms are turning into subdivisions. But the farmers here, big and small, voted overwhelmingly for this administration.
The USDA has designated 444 counties as farming-dependent; their average vote share for Trump was 77.7%.
