I just talk about stuff
15 years after first seeing the show on the West End- I finally get the chance to go to the cinema and watch Wicked!! I've been waiting so long for this and cannot wait any longer..... and I don't have too!

Great to see a voice standing up for Thanet in the commons!
Tory MPs are like buses …. (Me in the public transport debate)

It feels really weird being a leftist watching this assisted dying debate and agree with Richard Tice more than Jeremy Corbyn 😳

This is impossible- no rational brain would ever be able to find a link between Tony Blair and Alastair Cambell- they have absolutely no connection at all!! /s

Yesterday- I got the spark I needed to sort my shit out, because in a depressive spiral I had let a lot of things slack and go to the wayside

I'm making it public so that other people can hold me accountable and help me on my journey to be my best self again

I'm amazed a restraining order hasn't been issued yet..... or maybe it has and that's why she does it in the newspapers
Good to see that Nadine has moved on from that unfortunate obsession with Boris Johnson

Because if there's one thing that's allowed in an Orwellian Dystopia, it's criticising the governing party 🙄

You cannot reason someone out of a position they emotionally got into

As someone who saw a lot of friends fall down the alt-right pipeline, mocking and satire is an important tool to get them out
Personally I think satire is an important form of deprogramming! Mocking and marginalizing conspiracies often works better than debunking or debating them.
I'm relieved about downfall of this ghoul and the fact that this is *with* the Sandy Hook families is a good sign, but I was hoping this would become a kind of deprogramming site? I wanted to see some harm undone. I'm not sure you get there with satire.

It also misses that for most of us this is a hobby, and Twitter stopped being fun. I don't have some kind of moral obligation to broaden the debate/ communicate for my team/ whatever. It's my phone, it's my time, and they're my thumbs, if I prefer Bluesky its no-ones business but mine.
Some people cannot comprehend that the exodus from X is not 'liberal flight' but a lot of people deciding that the content on the platform - hate/extremism, disinformation, violent/nsfw content, low quality ads, lax responses to user reports, suppression of content - just can't be ignored any more.

Great to see @joepowell.bsky.social raise the importance of the Serious Fraud Office continuing to prioritise foreign #bribery cases – and even better to see Solicitor General Sarah Sackman confirming that the SFO is working “incredibly hard in this area”.

It's a parody of itself enough as it is nowadays.... and half of America is lapping it up
Let's do a Kickstarter for The Onion to buy the Republican Party.
