I get the feeling we are putting everything down to a cyberattack because it jibes with the paranoia of the times, but honestly, I'm fully convinced this is just ridiculously poorly looked after infrastructure. Like "Russian hackers disrupt London underground". Mate, it's the UK: nothing works.
