Love him or hate him, he's got a sense of humour and humility to take take himself too seriously. Neither Pierre Polyester nor M@ng0 Mu$$0lini would ever do a bit like this.
“I stopped watching when Rick left.”

I have died DEAD.

RIP, me.

Every donation. Every share. It is a victory for all of us. And an honor to supply the 57th Brigade with a vehicle that will aid them in their work.

Folks up here need to understand that leaders like Poilievre and Danielle Smith are part of the exact same worldwide movement as Trump and the current US regime.

Fascism isn't isolated to the United States.

That CBS released this and held back the 60 Minutes CECOT shows their priorities in plain sight.
The women in this 1964 photo of Beatles fans (yes, that's what they used) could not get a credit card at Bank of America without their husband or father cosigning. So, no. The answer, CBS and Bank of America, is no.
"Has feminism failed women brought to you by bank of america" is my MKULTRA sleeper agent activation phrase

The thing about censorship — I say this as someone with experience living under authoritarianism — is that it’s rarely overt. The state cracks down when people flirt with the line & then folks maintain it. This 60 minutes cancellation of the episode on CECOT sent chills down my spine.

Overt censorship still requires complicity. The especially disappointing part has been how willing the American media has been to concede to it.

I once made that classic Mum-stake of helping Santa with stockings and forgetting my own. Santa and I did my stocking first after that.
When Mom’s stocking is empty, the message is clear - While everyone else’s stockings are hung with care, Mom’s is often the last to be filled — if it’s filled at all. Why? For many families, moms are the magic makers of the holidays, but so often their needs can be overlooked.

This is what bugs me most, having family who took to the streets in peaceful protest during the Velvet Revolution.
The part that really surprises me is that there aren’t shutdown level protests all over the United States every single day to vigourously defend democracy and fight every Fascist move Trump and the GOP make.

So if they come here and work but can't access any services for 10 years, presumably they wouldn't have to pay any taxes? This is such a ludicrous idea. A year ago she was all about doubling the population to 10 million, but I guess it's only with the "right" people now. Disgusting bigot.

Burnside presses Chow on the congestion pricing question, noting if she gets re-elected she might "outlive" the current provincial government.

"I don't speculate," Chow says of a congestion price. She's focused instead on things like dealing with illegal construction closures.

"It's not up to us," says Chow."Why go down that road because the premier and the provincial government have said many times, 'Don't even think about it!'"

Control the media, control the masses. This is also why they oppose public media like PBS, CBC, NPR. Anyone who is against public broadcasting has fallen for the propaganda.

‘Social media is not real life’ Ok, then why are all the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men desperate to own and control it? Why did the fact that another country owned a popular social media app necessitate congressional hearings and provoke bipartisan national security fears?
