For the record, I will be the campaigning as hard as anyone when it comes to the midterms. Secure the vote. Fight gerrymandering. Vote like hell.
But putting all our eggs in the midterm basket is insane at best. This illegal regime will stop at nothing to "win."

This is not normal. A sitting president refusing to call the governor of a state after two elected officials were shot, one fatally, is beyond words. A typical president, regardless of politics, would pick up the phone. Offer condolences.
