I am angry. And bitter. And frustrated that only a handful of democratic senators were able to wreck the leverage we built for a return of ACA subsidies.

As a federal employee who has been locked out of his job for the past 40 days, has just witnessed an outpour of electoral support for candidates who are fighting this administration, and has lauded the many Chicagoans putting their bodies on the line to protect immigrants from this fascist government, I find it abominable that you would capitulate and vote to consider a minibus bill that offers absolutely nothing substantive to American citizens and will further enable this administration to terrorize its citizens despite the significant leverage that the Democrats currently have and the deep unpopularity of the President.
Not only is this a moral failure that will tarnish your legacy beyond well beyond your days, it is an abject failure in your position as minority whip.
There is still time for you to vote against this resolution, and while I hope you will come to your senses and do the right thing, you have shown a lack of the character, integrity, and humility to do so.
