NY lawyer. Sued Trump derivatively o/b/o U.S. on Jan. 19, 2021. Biden's DOJ moved to dismiss my case. Years later, they tried to prosecute Trump. How'd that turn out, General Garland?
The last “annual” doctor‘s visit was on April 11.

Has anyone charted Trump’s travel schedule?
Am I right in thinking that the Alaska summit was his last flight?
Is it normal for him to spend so much time in DC?

I was there for the Persian Gulf parade, when the M1 tank (all 60 tons) tore up Constitution Avenue and the fighter (F15? F16?) got its tail fin stuck in an overhead wire.
DC is just not built for military parades. There is no Red Square.
being able to hear the wheels on the Sherman tanks squeal on account of no one there is some incredible footage. A+ comedy.

Wondering which lawyers/practice groups at the let's-deal-with-Trump firms drove those decisions.
Was it M&A? Private equity?
Partners who bring in the most business, in dollar terms?
How's that working out?
Sometimes better ethics is better business.
Several large corporations have “expressed concern about whether they could trust law firms that struck deals to fight for them in court and in negotiating big deals if they weren’t willing to stand up for themselves against Trump.”

This post by Trump is blasphemy and lunacy.
But don't overlook the obvious in this image. Trump likes to surround himself with gold. And here, he's wearing it.
He has a weird fetish for gold. Does it make him feel more secure somehow?
But as we remember:
"ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD."
Donald Trump just posted a photo of himself as the Pope.

It's full-on lunacy at this point.

2. Can someone put this NBC report before SCOTUS asap?

Why does the Administration call a preserve-the-status-quo injunction an administrative stay?
The Trump admin also asks SCOTUS to confirm that it’s OK to deport members of the putative plaintiff class if they can independently be removed for non–Alien Enemies Act reasons (with due process)

Fair question, WFFODID!
A derivative case is one that an entity (corporation, partnership, non-profit) _should_ bring but won't. So courts let stakeholders (shareholders, partners, members) sue for the entity.

Yesterday in Delligatti v. United States, No. 23-825, SCOTUS held that, in sentencing, a "crime of violence" may include a failure to act by a person who has a duty to act--a crime of omission.
Wait for it...
What recent, infamous crime involved someone failing to act although he had a duty to act?

Trump has a weird thing about gold.
Whether he's trying to fool us, or convince himself, is less clear. Prob the latter. He gets a self-validation by surrounding himself with gold (and painting his face gold).
