Instead of sending the water/bills directly to tenants, my landlord insists they get mailed to him so he can pass them out. Problem is that he holds onto them for nearly a month and and gives us days to pay

Instead of sending the water/bills directly to tenants, my landlord insists they get mailed to him so he can pass them out. Problem is that he holds onto them for nearly a month and and gives us days to pay

Now granted it's my first live streamed viewing of an American backed terrorist groups doing a coup and I'm not sure how many people get executed in the streets in a normal regime change op like this but this seems like too many for guys who are talking peace and protection for all groups.
