Seems to me there is a social contract with government, that we pay taxes and government provide services and infrastructure.

UCP wants to use our tax dollars for pet projects and to prop up industry. They get tax cuts, we get the burden.
"Progressive" - the belief that govt has a moral obligation to build, maintain, and steward public institutions for the common good, rather than burning them down in the name of "freedom" and profit.
