I just learned about Patriotic Millionaires a couple of days ago. They've got a game plan for how to change things. It's called the Money Agenda. Big changes need to happen, folks.
Extreme wealth—and that includes obscene CEO payouts—is bad for society as a whole.

Because extreme wealth translates into extreme power that threatens the stability of our economy, our democracy, the freedom of the press and media, and our planet. patrioticmillionaires.org/perspectives...

Look at this graph.

The share of national income going to the richest 10 percent was lowest (and share to lower 90 percent highest) when union membership was at its highest. As unions have weakened, inequality has widened.

This is why we must build back union power.

Retailers warned that raising wages would "force" them to raise prices and to use automated checkout. Fed min wage remained flat, but they raised prices & used automated checkout anyway. Result: Workers got even poorer as customer service plummeted while prices & profits soared.

If Kamala Harris had used our tax dollars to raise a river’s water level so that her family kayak vacation would be more fun, Fox would be running that shit on a loop 24/7 for two weeks straight.

Republicans are all in with Abbott and his goons threatening Dems for refusing to allow gerrymandering in TX. Yet they were okay with republicans in the US House leaving to prevent a vote on the Epstein files. Anything to cover up crimes of DJT and cheat to win.

Solar for All will slash electric bills for working families by up to 80%. Now, Trump wants to illegally kill the program.

Working families are getting crushed by skyrocketing energy costs. The planet is literally burning. Sabotaging this program isn’t just wrong — it’s insane.

Texas is the next battleground in the Republican war on democracy, and their gerrymandering scheme could have far-reaching consequences for the House majority.

Share if you agree with Gov. Newsom that we need to fight FIRE with FIRE.

Republicans are dragging us back to the days of coal and lung cancer.

Meanwhile, California gets 2/3 of our power from renewable and zero-carbon sources — the largest economy on Earth to achieve this.

It's time for America to follow the Golden State's lead into the future.

Organize.

Mobilize.

Resist.

Many seniors can’t afford dental care, hearing aids or glasses.

I’m proud that all Democrats supported my amendment last night to expand Medicare to cover dental, hearing and vision paid for by cutting prescription drug costs for Medicare in half.

No Republicans voted for it.
