Solidarity with trans women after today’s Supreme Court ruling.

The rollback of LGBT rights — especially trans rights — is global, bankrolled by billionaires and the far-right.

Trans rights are human rights. We must defend the Equality Act and its protections for trans people.

Israel just killed hundreds of Palestinians, including kids.

The US just killed dozens of Yemenis, including kids.

"Why do they hate us?" asks the American public, blissfully ignorant of what's being done in its name in the Middle East by the US and its ally Israel.

Sigh.

Rachel Reeves is now taking the failure of her economic policies out on the sick and disabled. A desperate coward. I remember the days when we were called naive by people insistent Labour were only posturing right to win an election, and they’d do good things once in government. How is that going?

Yemen is a desperately poor, war-ravaged and import-dependent country. The vast majority of essential imports enter via Hudayda. The humanitarian consequences for choking off these imports are clearly predictable, so those consequences must be a deliberate goal of the Israeli military.
A new round of Israeli strikes has taken the Yemeni port of Hudayda out of service, contacts say. The strikes have also taken out three more fuel storage units at Ras Issa.

The world’s richest man & insecure nepo-baby shouldn’t be allowed to dictate UK politics.

Yet some politicians act like sycophants & his unhinged outbursts dominate news, while our democracy is serially undermined.

We must break the super-rich’s grip on our media & politics.

The only reason Corbyn is not PM is because he says this. That’s it! Any flaws he may have had were exaggerated, his views were misrepresented and his character was assassinated. All because he posed a genuine threat to the American capitalist hegemony
Billionaires should not own social media platforms.

Billionaires should not run our newspapers.

Billionaires should not control our politics.

A free media is a democratic media - a public good that is owned and run by us all.

Don't let Elon Musk make Nigel Farage look moderate by comparison.

Both are trading off the exact same politics of hate. The only difference between them is that while Farage judged it would be bad for his career to associate with a criminal thug like Tommy Robinson, Musk is too far gone to care
