Is alerting your bank/credit cards when you are leaving the country even a thing anymore? I have not left the country in more than a decade and the last time I called my bank to say that I was going on a trip they were like sure, great.

Same antibiotic formulation but I guess pharmacies can just charge whatever they want at whim? I do not understand. Also Costco I am definitely giving you some major side eye.

Children are always blamed for missing silverware, but I will tell you my parents have not had children in the house in 25 years and in that time they have gone through MULTIPLE sets of flatware. I do not get it.
(I mean always a good gift idea but SO UNNECESSARY - what is happening over there?)

I know health insurance is skyrocketing. I was prepared. Then our company briefly states that premiums will have a minimum increase. Open enrollment launched this morning. Our deductibles and max out of pocket each DOUBLED.

Seven minutes in to our neighborhood ToT we have had 3 Kpop demon hunters. Other notables - 4 boys in their sports uniforms (yes you get candy but also an eye roll), a butterfly fairy (NOT a butterfly, NOT a fairy) a dragon, a Stitch, and a spiderman.

Update: I had a 2nd drink then J wanted to carry our entire cabinet delivery downstairs and unbox them and then carry all the cardboard back up and into the truck. I am sweaty yo.

Watching the Lilith Fair documentary and feel 100 years old and yet so glad that I was alive and there. It’s good to live so long that your youth becomes a documentary. So many didn’t, but I’m still here. That’s something to sink my teeth into.

It has been a DAY. I have come home and poured myself a drink (not the healthiest coping, but I am self aware). I took off my pants, put my work radio and phone on silent, and have parked on the couch. I also took off my glasses and that may have been a mistake.
