Friendly reminder that the questions you are asking in interviews often don't translate to the work you're hiring for. Strong people skills are over-rated.
It is kind of amazing to me that the hiring process does a good job of actively weeding out autistic people,
And then when autistic people actually get jobs they're like "wow direct and clear communication and a strong reliable work ethic, just what we're looking for!"
Could've fooled me..

A metal spoon accidentally fell behind my gas cooker (i.e. between the back of the cooker and the wall).
