By a vote of 76-23, S 1071 passes the motion to proceed to the motion to concur. Won't know who voted for this until the roll call is uploaded, but safe to say it passed with the support of at least 24 members of the Democratic caucus. (Rand Paul probably voted nay and Steve Daines has been absent).

Last year, I reported that Bungie had fired former exec Chris Barrett for misconduct. Barrett then sued for wrongful termination, which surprised me given that I'd seen his texts to subordinates and figured Bungie could publish them in response.

I'd say real Tekken starts at Fujin. You'll still get a lot of players relying on gimmicks and flow charts up to Tekken King but by Fujin everyone has basic fundamentals and an good understanding of the game mechanics.
