Finished Off Season by Jack Ketchum today. What a brutal read. I didn’t take King’s quote seriously at first, but there are a couple moments from this that will unfortunately stay with me for a while.

Got to see @senlinyu.bsky.social and Avendell last night at the Alchemised Book Tour. I read SenLinYu’s Manacled in 2023 twice. So surreal to be reading the published version w/ an entire new world that she created. My fav Q&A answer was abt how the house & war are treated as their own characters.

Deleted Instagram off my phone a week ago and I feel a lot less anxious. I don’t find myself mindlessly scrolling until I feel bad about myself and stuck. I’ve been watching silly movies and it’s a little easier to stay focused on tasks. Highly recommend

INCIDENTS AROUND THE HOUSE, Josh Malerman: This is the rare novel that's authentically scary. I mean, this is THE EXORCIST level of scary. The audiobook version is good, too.

My biggest ADHD hack for focusing on homework since last year is listening to the Chromakopia album by Tyler the Creator. I can't explain this one. I think he has ADHD too so that could be why
