I mean.... with no due process there's no guarantee citizens will be able to prove they're citizens so, while I'm not a lawyer, I think maybe the court just ruled they can send anyone they want anywhere they want.

Here’s my big question: how are young Chinese women different than young women in any other country? Is there an appreciable difference between Chinese fingers and Vietnamese fingers or Indian fingers? If you’re going to do race science I want you to show your work.
