WIC is a bargain between rural farmer representatives those of urban poor. It subsidizes price of farm products. w/out WIC, the price of some commodities would collapse. But, there won't be immigrants to work on farms anyway.

“Disrupt” is a very Silicon Valley word. Every time I see it crop up in a business-case, my bullshit-detection hackles go up.
