Corruption, greed, narcissism. Musk must go.
DOGE cuts to the Social Security Administration means the press and public will have to rely on Musk's X for updates, instead of press releases and comms staff.
Social Security to Move Comms to Musk’s X After DOGE Cuts
Emailed press releases and “dear colleague” letters will soon be obsolete at the SSA.

This is the biggest con job in American history-an outrageous scam right out in the open.Trump and Musk belong behind bars. They're blatantly robbing hardworking Americans, siphoning off every dollar they can just to pad their already bloated bank accounts. It's sickening, and it's got to stop now.
Trump is forcing Americans who are seeking their earned benefits to sign up for Elon Musk's app.

Pure corruption.

They can't afford for him to tell his story.
Don't overlook this: Trump is leaving Abrego Garcia to rot in a foreign gulag even though the admin can always bring him back and *retry him for deportation in a lawful way.* That they won't do this shows their case against him is nonsense.

New piece from me:

Trump’s Horrifying Removal of Man in “Error” Takes an Even Darker Turn
The Trump administration could allow Kilmar Abrego Garcia back into the U.S. and try to deport him through proper channels. So why won’t it even do that?

The Social Security Administration will be shifting its public communication exclusively to X, sources tell WIRED. This comes as agency plans to cut its regional office workforce by roughly 90 percent.

As with the EOs concerning elections, immigration and naturalization is categorically NOT an Article II power. To do this, the executive branch will undoubtedly try to hang its hat on some delegated authority by Congress. The focus now should be on clawing those delegated authorities back
They’ll do it in a few high profile cases to set examples. People will say, “No way this holds up in court.” Maybe. But we now know the plan: they’ll do it first, then dare the courts to stop them. And this too will be very difficult for courts to undo. This is end of democracy stuff.

If anyone out there still thought DOGE was "volunteering," game's up.

Taxpayers deserve to know how much $$$ the technofeudalists forced on DOL are being paid to steal sensitive data, fire federal workers and dismantle critical public services.

This is huge - and disgusting.
NEW: An unsigned interagency agreement calls for the Dept of Labor to reimburse the US DOGE Service up to **$1.3 million** for work done by four DOGE affiliates over 18 months.

Musk has previously stated that DOGE staffers would cost taxpayers nothing.

Due process is foundational—arguably the defining difference between a constitutional republic and authoritarian rule.
If people are being deported without it, that’s not a policy dispute—it's a direct violation of the Constitution.

Let’s discuss a new Executive Order: Achieving Efficiency Through State and Local Preparedness

This poorly written and ill-conceived document lacks clarity of purpose. It seems to point to having states handle all disaster response, but after rereading it I am not clear.
