My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

This man will not be fired for calling for the murder of American citizens, yet multiple journalists/reporters/teachers lost their job for accurately reporting things Charlie Kirk actually said and stood for.

But it’s the “violent left” that’s the problem

The President of the United States just essentially declared a war on Chicago because — wait for it! — Black and Brown people live here.

This is not normal. This is not okay. And we are going to fucking fight back.

The Gilded Rage
If we survive this, I hope I live long enough to find out what historians dub this period in US history.

The Great Madness has a certain ring to it.
I vaguely remember tweeting something like the country that effectively captures this free energy source at scale will rule the 21st century. whelp.

Juno is an AMAZING mission. The camera onboard was never supposed to last this long (the radiation around Big J should've zapped it a while back) but it just keeps on ticking. Killing this mission while it's still working and producing great science is a crime.
NEW: The White House wants to kill off Juno, NASA's mission to uncover Jupiter's secrets. Fortunately, its legacy is clear.

Juno's a scientist, but also an artist: it revealed Jupiter as a living van Gogh painting hanging in the sky.

In my newsletter that came out this morning I wrote about NASA employees filing a declaration of protest against Trump's attacks on science and the agency.

Just a couple of hours later NSF employees did the same thing. The voices are growing louder.

People exploding this false messaging that I voted for a bill + funding that I quite literally voted NO on. The threat environment this morning is scary.

Doesn’t help anyone. Drag me for the position if you disagree but don’t lie. It’s out of control. Saying I voted for this funding is false.

I realize that platforms feel they have no choice but to comply with the government surveillance schemes, but shocking nonetheless.
