A ~15 minute capture of C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS) from last night. A cropped view as well to show the head detail
A view of comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS). In a purple stretch of sky, the head of the comet glows bright as its fainter tail extends upwards and to the right. Stars can be seen as small streaks, lines not dots, scattered around the image. This is due to the image stacking process focusing on the relative motion of the comet, not the stars. A close up view of the comet's head. Here it can be seen as a bright point shrouded in white gas. The head can be seen casting its shadow in the tail.

A partly cloudy, magenta pink night sky full of stars. Left side of the frame features the constellation Casseiopia beginning to be brushed by clouds. The Andromeda galaxy can also be found on the right side of frame, with a bright galactic core and faint stretch of stars along its length.
