I was in China in 2018 and visited again in 2024. The leap forward that country has taken is remarkable.
Now a big part of it is the power the central govt holds. No companies or religions half any sway. In fact the govt owns stakes in lots of businesses.

I for one cannot wait to vote against @fetterman.senate.gov
We’re not going to “fix the Democrats’ brand” by doing TikToks or launching pods. The brand is a direct reflection of our elected officials. If we want to purge our weak branding, we have to purge the weak Dems. I’m looking forward to a robust primary cycle and new Democrats who know how to fight.
