A US citizen, who is Somali, was detained by immigration agents in Minneapolis on Tuesday after he repeatedly offered to hand over his identification, according to the man, a local elected official, and legal advocates.
ICE tackled a US citizen in the snow. He says he was targeted for being Somali.
