Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” will spend more than $50 billion per year privatizing public schools in America.

We should not have a two-tier education system — private schools for the rich & well-connected, severely underfunded public schools for low-income & working class kids.

-= We hoped we never had to do this but here we are and we now have to do this. =-

American trans humans are under threat and like in 1930s Germany, they now have to GTFO of their home country.

We have decided we need to collect some information on the possible ways out.

So we made a wiki.

My flat out favorite part of the campaign office is how it’s now a resource for people to get whatever they need: clothes, food, toiletries, chargers, books, and a bunch of other stuff.

If you have items you’d like to donate, drop by our office at 7016 N Clark Street when we’re open! :-)
Someone came to the campaign office today to harass @katmabu.bsky.social. I saw Kat not only show care & empathy for them, but when advised to lock the door, she flatly refused because she didn’t want people not to receive the resources they need. These women had their benefits cut & Kat helped them

Ok.

Then let it die.

Because theft is theft.

And even worse if you’re profiting from the crime.

The busy particles in the foreground are cosmic rays or bits of dust and ice.

Miller says Trump may try to suspend the constitutional right to bring habeas corpus petitions because Trump does not like how some judges are ruling on habeas corpus petitions.
That is a confession of a tyrannical purpose.
"Miller's trial balloon about suspending habeas is especially authoritarian because that right is so ancient, so core to the very concept of justice, and so necessary to preserve the separation of powers." www.publicnotice.co/p/stephen-mi...
Miller threatens to suspend habeas unless Trump can defy judges
Either way, the rule of law loses.

I'm so concerned for the fate of the hobby electronics industry in the US.

I have friends who run small online shops selling modern hobby retro gear and it feels like, at least for now, it's going to end in short order.

No one can absorb these tariffs.

One of the most underrated stories over the last 5 years is the Dems who have been corrupted by crypto money (growing every day as crypto pours money into primaries) causing a big split within the Dem caucus
Really terrible timing for Dems to be collaborating with the GOP on a stablecoin bill while Trump and his family are putting out a stablecoin! This is going to hit the floor next week.

Gates doesn’t weigh in on things like this very often. Only when he’s deeply disgusted or offended, usually. For him to come out swinging and using such strong language is a significant thing. He clearly has some major issues with Musk, as should we all.

An educated populace won't want to vote for a dictator.

So, wanna-be-dictators start by removing education and science.
