I think my entire personality was set by the fact that the first computer game I ever played was a surgery simulator on MS-DOS. There was only one way forward from there.

Perfect time to start playing more DOS games!
Turns out this was very much the case of the projection. The new transfer of "Dogma" is perfectly fine. Old transfer exhibited all the usual signs of the time - it was overly bright, and reds were pushed too much. Not anymore.
I hope the projector in the theater I was at wasn't calibrated properly, and what I saw isn't how the film is gonna be released on home video soon. A bit too dark overall, and too cold on colors.
