I'm Anniliesse of the guild <The Jedi Order> and I've recently gotten onto something of a Star Wars phase, complete with getting into SWTOR again. How long will it last? I don't know, but Anni is quickly becoming an in-depth RP character and she's super fun to play!

Someone told me #TheAcolyte "centers on slandering the Jedi as evil/fascist" and IDK it seems pretty Jedi-sided so far and seems to center around a horrible series of misunderstandings which were poorly handled, causing tragedy years later.

People need to stop treating STAR WARS like it’s one giant narrative. It’s not. It’s a setting. It’s a place. We get to visit it through shows, books, movies, games. There can be a consistent tone to a lot of it, and that’s what Lucas helped create, but it can be many things. (2)

Been reading/listening to ANDOR Season 2 responses these past couple of days. I love the positive reactions, but I get exhausted by the “This is what STAR WARS should be” statements. STAR WARS can be many things. The quality of ANDOR does not mean we can’t have silly kids stuff too. (1)

Been reading/listening to ANDOR Season 2 responses these past couple of days. I love the positive reactions, but I get exhausted by the “This is what STAR WARS should be” statements. STAR WARS can be many things. The quality of ANDOR does not mean we can’t have silly kids stuff too. (1)
I love a lot of the High Republic designs, but especially like this style which is exemplified by Avar Kriss here. I didn't even know who the SWTOR set's inspiration was until days after I picked up the outfit. A little brown/tan dye and it was perfect for Anni.

I think I've used ChatGPT like three times, AI fill in photoshop maybe three times and I poked around with Apple's "Image Playground" to immense disappointment, by the wording of the post it sounds like they'd find me evil but idk, I suspect that's not actually what they'd end up doing

So that's the other core pillar: to respect George's vision of Star Wars. In other words, the two things that define LFL (in my eyes) are in tension: directorial freedom, and top-down creative control. This worked great when George was the guy on both sides, but it's tricky now.
