1) We’ve written an article about the DecodeME results: what the study measured, what the results show, and why its findings are important.

Good advice!
Good morning & welcome to #Caturday

Avoid focusing on what you cannot do. Instead, focus on what you can do and accomplish without expecting approval and recognition from others.

This is a beautiful area, and we have so little ancient woodland left. New woodlands will take centuries to develop ecosystems as rich, and our wildlife doesnt have that kind of time! Critical to preserve what we already have, and prevent erosion of rights via Public Footpaths

We are recommended to spend 20 minutes a day in nature. One way to do so is the practice of visiting a 'sit-spot' (Native American) or 'txoko' (Basque) - a regular place for contemplating nature in the moment. This perfectly describes the effect it has on stress 🙂

the best defense

This is the essence of nature connection. Whatever goes on in a day, there is always somewhere to feel the weather and be awed by roses in that "little time..." 🙂
After I had given the exam, I had a little time to kill. It was raining as well. I went to a nearby small park which had many roses.

Wish I had taken more pics because the colors were stunning and unique. Does anyone know what the name of this one is?

🧠 #Innovation means nothing if the #brain won’t adopt it.

In healthcare:
1. Fear blocks trust
2. Friction kills adoption
3. Novelty ≠ behavior change

Design for the #nervoussystem, not just the user.

Brains decide what sticks.

Stag Beetle, doin' her beetle-y thing... spotted on the back pathway near my house, on my evening trip to Sainsbury's. Just to show you don't need to go on safari - or even to a nature reserve - to see a cool endangered creature 🙂🌿

I'm already really tired of my timeline being full of people disparaging winter, so, fellow winter lovers, let's share how wonderous this season is.

These photos were from one winter day along the Straight of Juan de Fuca.
