Republicans care so much about states rights, yet their cult leader Trump is withholding federal funds from states who disagree with him. Isn't it the states right to do what it's citizens vote for under the law? How is this ok?

Which Congressional committee has oversight? Is it a business? Registered in what state? Is it a nonprofit? Is it tax-exempt?
