Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce that tapir Yuna gave birth to a rare and endangered Malayan tapir calf Sunday night. The newborn, covered in distinctive white spots and stripes resembling a fuzzy walking watermelon, is only the second tapir born in our 120-year history.

On my meta apps, I did a "Today in Parenting" series. It was fun, and I miss it and I'm gonna do it here.

So today in parenting my 8 yr old... We are throwing a 3rd party for a possibly haunted doll my daughter found at a thrift store.
A haggard looking doll from a thrift shop that my daughter insists is named Lilith. A cupcake with a backwards "3" candle is in front of the doll. A birthday set up done completely by the 8 yr old.
