My baby can hardly breathe without a nebulizer.💔
It costs $300, but we have nothing left after the war in Gaza.
Watching my child fight for every breath is unbearable.
Please, help me give them a chance to breathe again. 🙏

The government’s decision to halve the time limit for refugees to leave Home Office accommodation is driving people into homelessness and exploitation, according to migrant rights campaigners and homelessness charities

The ‘ceasefire’
Israel just struck Beirut’s southern suburbs for the first time in months and first time since last year’s war without a warning.

Reports saying it was an airstrike in Haret Hreik. Though such attacks usually are struck by drone

Hope you are doing well this weekend. Life has felt really tough & unhappy recently. Every week has genuinely felt like a month. It's hard, trying to balance taking the long, wise perspective, with not getting overwhelmed, especially when the outlook feels so unstable day to day, even hour by hour.

Unfortunately, our situation is tragic now. We're in the street, our feet sinking into the mud and rainwater. Our tent collapsed, we've lost everything. My children are freezing from the cold without food. Please look at them with your heart.

I have a lot of anxiety right now thinking about white supremacy and rising antisemitism and racism. Like if I allow myself to dwell, as I have done this evening, I find I get more and more terrified. I cannot comprehend what has become normalized once again in this country

The fact that this, and every other Trump pardonee who has subsequently broken the law, has not ended Trump's political career, that it barely even registers on the national discourse, underlines just how far we are from a functioning democracy that values accountability.
A man pardoned by Donald Trump for his role in January 6th - he assaulted Capitol Police officers with bear spray & a metal whip - has avoided prison for child sex crimes because of the president’s sweeping pardon, despite pleading guilty to soliciting what he believed was a 15-year-old girl for sex

Gavazzeni claimed “many, many, many Italians” were alleged to have been involved, without providing a figure. “There were Germans, French, English … people from all western countries who paid large sums of money to be taken there to shoot civilians.”
“There were no political or religious motivations. They were rich people who went there for fun and personal satisfaction. We are talking about people who love guns who perhaps go to shooting ranges or on safari in Africa.” www.theguardian.com/world/2025/n...

It's really maddening to have to tolerate Elon's continued role in society. He killed hundreds of thousands of people - this year alone! - by illegally destroying USAID. That should have been the last thing he did before a life in prison. I don't really get why people talk about him in other terms.

We're gonna be playing Pathfinder (think D&D but better) over on Cool Zone Media Book Club for the next six weeks, and I figured why not start with a little prequel story as a teaser, complete with character art.

Beyond Man City, other clubs which profit directly from emirati patronage should ask themselves some inconvenient questions; and if they do not of their own accord, we fans should be pressuring them into doing so. These other clubs very much include Arsenal FC.
