One reason why it is very important to keep saying this is because the alternative is something akin to the Reign of Terror, which led to Napoleon’s rise not long after the French Revolution.
PS. the Reign of Terror makes sense to me now in ways that it did not when I first studied it 37 yrs ago.

The answer is likely pretty damn simple: Trump is most likely a pedophile, and Speaker Johnson knows it. That’s all.
