AI cannot meaningfully edit your papers.
Editing (serious editing, not copy editing) means figuring out what you intended to say.
It means refining your writing to match your intention (and usually changing that intention as you work).
AI does not have access to that intention. Only you do.

Babygirl: an edgy, subversive film that empowers women?

No, just another film that uses BDSM to excuse a deeply unethical workplace relationship, leans hard into rape culture, and leaves the female protagonist as powerless as she began.

Babygirl isn’t edgy, subversive, or empowering. It’s just sad.
Tired BDSM tropes disguise a played-out story of abuse

My biggest needle felt piece so far - a Mari Lwyd for the top of the Christmas tree. Pretty pleased with how she turned out 😁 #NeedleFelt #MariLwyd

I would like to someday offer a Crash Course on "Rights for Writers" to teach writers both what rights are (which we covered in our contracts course) but also what to do if you retain them and especially how to negotiate them back from a publisher who's not using them to their full potential.
