I lived in NYC for a decade and I can count on one hand the amount of times I was afraid of something that I saw in public.

It’s not a scary place if you’re a mature adult human being. It is a scary place if you’re a little Nazi diaper baby who shits himself when The Others are around. Cry more.

Tomorrow’s going to be a good stress test of the press. El Salvadoran President Bukele will visit the White House. At the press availability, every Q ought to be about Abrego Garcia: where is he now? Did US ask you to return him? etc. WH will hate, maybe try to prevent, so all should band together.

🧵 There are a lot of misleading claims out there about the SAVE Act. Let me set the record straight: I voted for the SAVE Act for the simple reason that American elections are for Americans. Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote is common sense.

Q: 60 Minutes found 75% of the migrants who were sent to El Salvador do not have criminal records. That true?

BONDI: They're not Venezuelan migrants. They're illegal aliens from Venezuela who should not have been in our country

Q: So you're confirming they didn't commit a crime?

For decades, undocumented immigrants have trusted the IRS when it encouraged them to file. They've paid taxes in good faith, contributing nearly $100 BILLION per year and supporting social services they can't even access.

Not only is this a total betrayal, but it's also illegal. We'll fight this.
