Disgusted to hear just now that Israel launched a massive air and ground campaign to occupy Gaza City, following illegal strikes on Syria and Qatar.

Sting like a ...not a bee. This is a Four-spotted Velvet Ant. Yeah, but it's not an ant either. Velvet Ants are actually solitary wasps. They are supposed to have one of the most painful stings in Florida. I have seen the more common all orange Velvet Ants, but not these. #macro #insect
