Looks after husband and father in law. Takes dog for long walks. Reads sci-fi and urban fantasy and romances. Does cross stitch. Buys magazines about crochet but so far has never actually managed to make anything. Lives in the UK.
I hope he very much enjoyed it.

Always worth checking with them. A couple of years ago we had to move and I got rid of a lot of Books for lack of space. No one wanted them, it broke my heart. Then I had to rebuy most of them on digital format 😆

Dragon Age: The Veilguard latest PC Requirements are up,
along with the news that there will be no Denuvo on the game. So Steam native and no Denuvo which is awesome.

In other news the waterproof that I bought Dad to go over his legs and keep him dry when he is in either the wheelchair or his mobility scooter works brilliantly. He got to go for his usual Monday breakfast with his friends.

Sometimes it's the little things.

Jackson's light test on our walk this evening was a success. Yay! 😎

It has death mechanics so you need to get busy making descendants before you die of disease, or old age. Then you pick the dependant you want to follow next.

My first winter has been especially harsh as half the town it would seem have died from illness. With nearly a month of funerals to attend.

This is our dog Jackson, patiently waiting for my husband to finish work.

That cover is very much giving me John Wyndham, Day of the Triffids vibes. 👍

It's a beautiful day here in North Yorkshire today. On the way back from taking my father in law out for breakfast with his friends, I managed to get a pic of this lovely cabbage white out enjoying the sun. 🌞

Three years before Morrowind there was Ultima Ascension. A buggy mess that was way ahead of it's time. An amazing open 3d world with the ability to go and do things unplanned by the devs. The most gorgeous sunsets I've seen in a game either before or since. Mirrored surfaces. In 1999.

Lots of these spiders around this evening. One keeps spinning it's web straight across the path which means I have to break it to get dad's mobility scooter out. Invariably it has spun another web across by the time we get back home. Sorry spider.

It's a bit early yet here in Yorkshire but theres some yellow leaves starting to happen - alot more just getting dropped as it's been quite blowy the last couple of weeks.

Im hopeful that we will get some bright red autumn colours as we have had a lot of rainfall this summer.

Here's a pic of Jackson not long after we got him two years ago bored and waiting patiently for us to finish lunch at one of our favourite local cafes. ☺️

This is Dinger. The lovely old dog that we had before Jackson. All our dogs have always been rescue dogs, however we chose Dinger specifically because he was an old man and wanted him to have a lovely home for however long he had left.

There are a lot of beautiful old trees in the area that we live that are on North Yorkshire's tree preservation list. Before I lived here I had never encountered Willow trees that were so old. Just glorious. We havn't got round to naming them though. 😊

Here's Jackson having a bit of an existential crisis a couple of years ago after the first time we took him to a groomer.
