They are both skeezy, scummy and unethical hacks. Two people who should never have been given jobs in political journalism.
The way both Ryan Lizza and Olivia Nuzzi are now selling their personal lives like melodramas while also both still supposedly being serious political journalists makes me deeply uncomfortable

Does any have recommendations/knowledge for red light therapy at home? Mats, bulbs, panels - any variation!
I lean towards a lot of this being scams or gimmicky, however, awhile back I went once a week for a couple months to a red light bed and it did help me with neuropathy pain in my feet.
