Westminster will never wear it.

Wales (voted pro Brexit)
England (pro Brexit)
N.I. (Pro E.U.) and
Gibraltar (Pro E.U.)
and got what they voted for.

Westminster democracy stops there.

They ignored 56 of 59 MPs being SNP in 2015.

They ignored 62% of Scotland's voters, pro E.U. in 2016 😥
In 2016 ScotGov prepared a much-respected 'Scotland's Place in Europe' doc, proposing a solution for Scotland remaining in the EU whilst rUk left. Westminster dismissed it immediately. Now that both NI & Gibraltar have special EU deals that proposal *must* be revisited. www.gov.scot/publications...

The basic problem with the UK Labour spending announcement is that there is no coherent plan for growth:
➡️ No skills investment;
➡️ Scattergun approach to infrastructure;
➡️ No major fiscal stimulus;
➡️ No solution to failing private monopolies
➡️ No wealth redistribution

The UK Labour government’s Spending Review proves it yet again:

To Westminster, Scotland is an afterthought.

In 2023, Scotland generated 48.7 TWh of electricity from all sources. Of this wind contributed 25.8 TWh and hydro 4.6 TWh.

Scotland is a net exporter of electricity, with 15.9 TWh exported in 2023, or 33.8% of its generation.

Zonal pricing would mean lower prices for Scots!

So Scotland is short changed £1.1bn and Labour extends bypassing devolved Governments. Hardly the "reset" in British/Scottish gov relations that Starmer promised.

Shocking but unsurprising to see two Labour MPs in front attempt to shout me down — for standing up for disabled people hit by cuts, kids pushed into poverty by the two-child benefit cap & pensioners who lost winter fuel payments.

I know whose side I’m on. Can they say the same?

We don’t want war.
We want hospitals that function.
We want children who aren’t hungry.
We want properly-funded schools.

While Westminster makes life harder, the SNP is delivering real help now.

We're restoring winter fuel payments, scrapping peak rail fares and delivering 100,000 extra GP appointments.

Vote SNP in Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse tomorrow.👇

Nigel Farage is to give up his £73,000 EU pension!
Sorry - my mistake - he just wants to stop other people having a decent pension.

That billionaires

Left or right

Foreign or domestic

Unhinged or not

Should not be allowed to dictate and dominate our UK politics and media.
